Assisted Chakra Clearing and Balancing through Guided meditation, discussions and specific chakra Yoga by a Yoga teacher to bring clearing, strengthening and healing. Beginning Monday May 14th, 7pm-9pm for 7 weeks- join in at any time, at Nurtured by Nature Wellness Centre 250 Dunlop St. W. at Boys St. in Barrie. $30 for individual workshops or register for all 7 and save $35.
